THE CHALLENGE
The Great British Boob Run is a fundraising and awareness campaign created by Sally Orange MBE, following her breast cancer diagnosis. During March 2027, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Sally will run over 650 miles in 31 days, following a route mapped in the shape of a pair of breasts.
An award winning speaker, former Army Major and mental health advocate, Sally has built her career around inspiring resilience and bringing people together. The Great British Boob Run continues that mission by using an extraordinary challenge to raise awareness, encourage early detection and generate vital funds for breast cancer charities.
The Boob Run has been designed to start conversations about breast cancer.

Running 650 miles along a route shaped like a pair of breasts in Sally's iconic giant boob costume, is a bold way to capture attention and encourage open conversations about breast health. The challenge aims to remind people of the importance of regular self checks, recognising the signs and symptoms, and seeking help early.
WHY THIS ROUTE?
SUPPORTING
OUR CHARITY PARTNERS
The Great British Boob Run proudly supports Military vs Cancer and The Pink Ribbon Foundation, two charities making a meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by cancer.

Military vs Cancer provides practical, emotional and financial support to members of the Armed Forces community affected by cancer, helping serving personnel, veterans and their families navigate the challenges of diagnosis and treatment.

The Pink Ribbon Foundation funds projects and UK charities that provide care, support and education for those affected by breast cancer, while helping to raise awareness and improve outcomes for people across the country.

Every donation made through the Great British Boob Run will help these charities continue their vital work, supporting individuals and families today while investing in research, awareness and better care for the future.
